Return and refund policy

Our hoodies are made to order, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including choosing the wrong size.

If your hoodie arrives damaged, please contact us at livedinapparel26@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll review the issue and, if the hoodie arrived damaged, send you a replacement at no additional cost.
